📋 Setup Your Run List

Choose individual Artistes to add to your Run List, each Artiste has their photo for you to confirm against. Add Call times (copy to all if you want), Edit Roles and Categories

📱 On-Set Sign-In

Display QR code at your sign-in station. Artistes scan with their phones— enter the first few digits of their ID number and confirm their name. They sign on their phone for Sign-in and then scroll/read through your T&Cs/Release forms and sign acceptance at the bottom.

✅ Sign-Out

Artistes scan the Sign Out QR code and sign-out on their phones. You can check your Run List to see live updates and make sure everyone is signed out

💰 Generate & Deliver Chits

Enter Wrap times for all artistes or by Category/Role or individually. You can create the Chits as soon as everyone has signed out, and you're happy with Categories - with just one click. Each Artiste gets emailed their chit and their Agent gets copies too.

🔄 Easy Updates & Re-generation

Artistes been upgraded, no problem. Edit the Run List, change their category and Re-generate their chit. Artiste and Agent get an updated copy. Sorted

Accounts can download chits (in bulk) and various reports to facilitate recon/payment and reporting to the relevant authorities

⭐ Build Your Cast List

Import your cast directly from an Excel spreadsheet or add cast members one by one. Include full cast details — agent contacts, character names, role descriptions, and ID/passport numbers. Your cast list becomes the source of truth for the entire production.

💰 Set Up Rates & Packages

Assign day rates per cast member, or use a global package rate for the production. Configure all the nuances of a cast deal — Holding Days, Travel Days, overtime thresholds, and any other agreed terms. Each cast member can have their own unique deal structure.

Pull cast members from your Cast List directly into the daily Run List. Assign call times, scenes, and locations. Because the cast list is already configured, adding someone to a shoot day takes seconds. Adjust individual call times or copy them across the board.
